Dr. Marilyn Kwolek is a great Doctor , she always gives great service .
I’ve been coming to her office for quite a few years now.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back due to her very rude and unprofessional front desk person.
As much as I appreciate Dr. Kwolek’s work , I can’t deal with her front desk guy anymore. I have mentioned his rude behavior a couple of times to the Doctor but it has not changed his behavior at all . I’m shocked by the behavior, the way he talks down to the patients , making rude comments, etc. and get by with it .
Not worth my long drive from Sacramento to be treated so poorly by a front desk person .
Dr. Kwolek and those who are interested should know as she may lose more customers because of this problem.

Dr Kwolek is always consistent with the Botox and filler. It’s always perfect and that’s why I’ve been going to her for 20 + years. She’s no-nonsense in all aspects of dermatology. She knows what will benefit her patients and does treatments that work. She’s the best!

I would highly recommend Dr. Kwolek, however, I also recommend you bypass her receptionist, the rudest person fronting a business I ever met! Make your appointments online.
